Contract Management Training
The Contract Management Course is a simple but comprehensive training session in contracts, contract management, claims management, the legal basis for claims and dispute resolution. To see the course outline click here.
The course runs over 4 hours and the full course cost is $310 per person (inclusive of GST). Eligible attendees receive BCITF funding and MBA members are entitled to a further discount. The subsidised course cost is just $60 per person for MBA members and $100 per person for non-members. Contact us to find out more.

The Art of Negotiation Workshop
This is a four hour negotiation workshop covering the theory and practice of cooperative negotiation. It should be an essential part of the professional development of all personnel involved in contract negotiation, management or dispute resolution.
The full course cost is $350 per person (inclusive of GST). The course cost includes a copy of the text "Getting to Yes" by Fisher & Ury for all participants. Eligible attendees receive BCITF funding and MBA members are entitled to a further discount. The subsidised course cost is just $70 per person for MBA members and $100 per person for non-members.
