Alan Riley
Alan has over 30 years experience in the co-ordination and administration of the various legal matters affecting corporations including the supervision of all contractual and legal claims and actions by and against companies. His key services areas include:
- Advice on conditions of tendering and contracts;
- Education of personnel in contract administration and contract law;
- Negotiation of commercial claims and disputes; and
- Arbitration and Mediation in the fields of building and construction, engineering, leases, insurance, franchise, and contractual disputes generally.

Alana Dowley
Alana is the legal services director for Contract Intelligence. She runs training courses in Contract Management, advises clients on tenders, contracts and claims, and runs a construction law arbitration and litigation practice.

Mark Taylor
Mark is a quantity surveyor with over 25 years experience in contract administration, claims, cost control and the valuation of work. He has worked in a number of challenging environments on a wide variety of construction and engineering projects from house building to billion dollar process plants.
Mark has a post graduate qualification in construction law and worked in a law firm for 6 years as a claims consultant.
